Clark County Historical Museum will kick off its 2019 History Walking Tours with an exploration of Vancouver’s Officers Row. Tours will begin at 12 p.m. Friday, May 31, and 9 a.m. Saturday, June 1, outside of the O. O. Howard House.
This annual and popular series offers Clark County residents and visitors the opportunity to visit several of the area’s most fascinating neighborhoods and city centers. Guides, including Executive Director Brad Richardson, will lead up to 25 people for approximately a mile, making frequent stops along the way to view buildings, tell stories, and answer questions.
Good walking shoes and balance aids are recommended; terrain varies and consists mostly of city sidewalks. Tours happen rain or shine, so please dress for the weather. There are no restroom stops on the tours.
To reserve your spot the day of a tour, please arrive 20 minutes early.
Reservations are $10 for CCHM members and $12 for non-members.
