This is an excellent Historical Ceremony that is great to take part in and while it has an emphasis on Veterans it is open to everyone.  Veterans sit in the chairs in the center but everyone is involved and invited to the free meal provided afterwards by NIVA (Northwest Indian Veterans Association). The Ceremony is in the field on the north side of 5th Street across from the reconstructed Fort Vancouver.
