DESCRIPTION:On Saturday\, August 15\, Pearson Field and the Pearson Field Air Museum open their doors for a free\, family-friendly celebration running from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The event features flight simulators\, static aircraft displays\, vintage cars\, live music\, food vendors\, and a People’s Choice Award. The 99s\, the historic organization of women aviators\, will unveil a freshly painted Compass Rose mural. There is a lot packed into five hours\, and most of it you will want to see in person.
