Chief Redheart Memorial Ceremony (Community Event)

Join the Nez Perce Tribe in their annual memorial with singing, a drum circle and recognition of veterans. This free event honors Chief Redheart’s band, who were imprisoned for without cause at Fort Vancouver in 1877-78.
