Samantha Whitley was born and raised in Clark County and joined CMAC in 2011. She has dedicated her career to housing and community services. She began working in public service with Clark County, where she played a key role in facilitating veteran services, community development programs, and housing projects.

In 2021, she joined the City of Vancouver’s Economic Prosperity and Housing Department, where she manages affordable housing efforts to support sustainable growth and housing accessibility.

Samantha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Business Information Systems from George Fox University. She lives in Brush Prairie with her husband, Dale, and their two children, Tessa and Connor.
