Art as Therapy for Cancer Survivors and Caregivers Second Thursday of each month, 10 a.m. to noon.
Our program will offer you a chance to express yourself, treat yourself to a relaxing and restorative activity, and connect with others going through cancer treatment and recovery.
· Become more self-aware, express fears, anxieties, and other emotions that may be difficult to talk about · Communicate and interact better with others.
· Build self-esteem, reduce stress, improve quality of life
· Find comfort, freedom, and hope.
