Patriot Guard Riders as well as community will ride and stand during the “Never To Be Forgotten” ceremony for PFC Christopher “Ian” Walz, US Army. PFC WALZ, while assigned to Company “C”, 1st Battalion, 17th Infantry Regiment, 5th Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 2nd Infantry Division, was killed on 27 Oct 2009 in Aghandab Valley, Afghanistan, of wounds sustained when enemy forces attacked his vehicle with an IED. There were 6 other team members killed in his vehicle. This ceremony will be conducted to honor and remember PFC Walz and his family during which time military honors will be provided by the AMVETS Post#16 or Woodland, WA. Please join with us to honor a True American Hero and his family as we Never Forget.
