The Vancouver Tree Lighting and Cele-bration is the annual kickoff to the holiday season and includes live music, carriage rides and the tree lit by Santa in Esther Short Park plus a holiday concert in the Hilton.
The Rotary Community Tree Lighting will be held in Esther Short Park (6th and Columbia Streets) on Friday, November 29, 2019, beginning at 4 PM. Enjoy live holiday music, food vendors, horse-drawn wagon rides around the parks, a special performance by COOLEY Show, and watch as Santa illuminates the more than 12,000 lights on the Christmas Tree. Anna and Elsa of Frozen fame will join Santa and his elves for the celebration.
Bring your friends and family, your camera, and prepare to celebrate!
The festivities will begin at 4:00 PM and conclude at 8:00 PM.
4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. | Live holiday music (children’s choirs and COOLEY Show), food vendors, Anna and Elsa, carriage rides, Elves in the Park.
6 p.m. | Santa illuminates the tree and 12,000 lights!
6:20 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. | Vancouver Pops Concert Presented by Riverview Community Bank – Hilton Hotel (free with donations requested), Santa, Talking Tree, carriage rides.
